Watch repair tools and workbench

Three services, each done thoroughly.

Kairos Works focuses on three areas of watch maintenance. Scope is deliberately limited so that each service receives the attention it deserves.

How we approach every service

Each watch that comes through the workshop follows the same path: intake, assessment, communication, work, return. The sequence does not change based on service type or perceived urgency. Consistency in process is how we keep results consistent.

We assess before we work. This protects you from unnecessary expense and protects the watch from unnecessary intervention. Assessment findings are communicated in plain language before any work begins.

All work is carried out in-house by the Kairos Works team. No third-party workshops, no subcontracting. When you collect your watch, you can ask who worked on it and we will tell you.
